DATED : AUGUST 10, 2021 This is an application for direction on behalf of the sole respondent. It is submitted that in view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition and the findings rendered by this Court in the judgment and order dated 27/07/2021, the amount of Rs.50,000/-, deposited by the petitioner in this Court may be disbursed to the sole respondent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the registry is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner to the sole respondent along with accrued interest, if any within two weeks from today.

The amount be transferred by RTGS directly into the account of the sole respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent shall furnish details of the bank account of the respondent to the Registrar within three days from today.
