The applicant is in jail since 30.11.2015 in Crime No.276/2212. The offences are of serious nature including the one under MCOCA and is being tried by the Special Court.

Except for a direction to expedite the trial, the present application cannot be entertained. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.408/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial court shall expedite the trial and as far as possible complete the same within a period of six month from the date of receipt of this order. (iii) Registry to communicate the present order to the applicant as well as trial Court.
