CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 206 OF 2023 By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to substitute the names of legal heirs in place of deceased appellant. 2.

As per the contention of learned counsel for the applicants, the appellant has expired on 20/03/2022 leaving behind the legal heirs. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and permission is granted to substitute the names of legal heirs in place of deceased appellant by carrying out necessary amendment in the cause title. 3.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
