In this petition, the challenge is raised to the order dated 17/02/2021, whereby the respondent No.2Additional Commissioner, Nagpur refused to grant stay in a revision application filed by the petitioners raising challenge to the order dated 31/12/2020 passed by the respondent No.3-Additional Collector, Gondia.

The present petition was filed on 20/07/2021 and since then it was pending and no steps were taken to get it circulated and to seek interim. nd.thawre

904-wp2887.22.odt In the circumstances, at this stage, I am of the opinion that considering the period lapsed in between the impugned order passed and the listing of the matter before this Court, it is advisable to direct the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the revision expeditiously on merits. Accordingly, I pass the following order.

O RDER (1) The writ petition is partly allowed.

(2) The respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner, Nagpur is directed to decide the Revision Application No.24/LND/19/2021 expeditiously and in any case on or before 31/05/2023.

(3) The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
