DATE : 26/08/2022 The present application is filed by the respondent No.1 for withdrawal of remaining amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The respondent No.1 was already permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount vide order dated 07/11/2014.

The learned Counsel for the appellant vehemently opposed the application.

In view of the submission and the reasons mentioned in the application, 50% of balance amount is permitted to withdraw will serve the purpose. Accordingly, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the balance amount. The withdrawal should be subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar, (Judicial).

The application is disposed of.
