Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and all the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard Shri Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Kolhe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.

The prayer for grant of interim bail is opposed. 4.

The perusal of nature of allegations reflects that the applicant'

s further custodial detention particularly in the present social scenario, is not been justified. 5.

The investigation in the matter is already over and charge-sheet is filed.

In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, applicant is entitled for temporary bail. Applicant be released in Crime No. 02/2020 punishable under Sections 354-A and 506 of the

2 14ba658-2020 Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 upon furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper or influence the witnesses.

The applicant shall attend regular Court proceedings. 9.

Till conclusion of trial, applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the Police Station.

10. Criminal application is disposed of.

11. Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 24.08.2020.
