The appeal challenges the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dismissing the Writ Petition. The writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the revisional authority insisting upon the appellants/ petitioners to deposit 50% of the amount as a condition precedent to entertain the revision application. The statutory provision itself provides for such condition. In that view of the matter, we do not find any case is made out to interfere in the appeal. The appeal is dismissed.
