It is not in dispute that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has paid impugned assessment charges. In that view of the matter, the respondents shall restore the electricity connection within forty eight hours, subject to deposit of security charges reconnection charges and meter charges. 2.

By consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

All the contentions which are sought to be raised in the present petition are kept open.
