At the outset, learned counsel Shri S.D. Chopde for the applicants submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application since the applicants wish to avail alternate remedy of filing revision before the Sessions Court. Prayer accepted.

If the revision is filed within a period of six weeks from today and if such revision is moved along with an application for condonation of delay, the Revisional Court should consider the said application for condonation of delay sympathetically keeping in mind the relevant provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963.

Interim orders, granted by this Court on 5.7.2016, shall remain in operation for a period of 7 weeks (seven weeks) .....2/-

apl360.16 30 from today. After expiry of 7 weeks' (seven weeks), interim orders shall cease to operate thereafter automatically. The criminal application is allowed to be withdrawn.
