DATED : 06-06-2019 The submission of the learned Counsel is that the summons which was sent on the last known address of the accused is returned unserved with the endorsement that the accused does not reside at the said address. 2.

The submission is that the accused has changed the address only to avoid the process of law. 3.

In view of the submission, issue bailable warrant for the sum of Rs.51,000/- (Rupees Fifty One Thousand) to secure the presence of the accused, returnable on 047-2019. 4.

The Commissioner of Police, Pune is requested to personally ensure that the warrant is served.
