Civil Application (CAF) No.783/2021 Present application is filed by the appellant for grant of stay to the execution of impugned order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Darwha in L.A.C. No.22/2010.

Learned counsel for appellant makes a submission that the principal amount is already deposited before the Reference Court and the remaining

In view of the fact that the total decreetal amount is assured to be deposited in this Court, the application is allowed. The effect and operation of impugned order is stayed during the pendency of appeal.
