Writ Petition was dismissed due to non-removal of office objections, pursuant to the order dated 26th March, 2025. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner has stated that an opportunity may be granted to remove the office objections, as claimed in paragraph 2 of the application.

That being so, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- to the High Court Bar Library to be paid within a period of three weeks from today, we allow the application in terms of the undertaking given in para 2 of the present application.

The petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of three weeks. If the objections are not removed within a period of three weeks, the application shall be deemed to have been rejected without further reference to the Court.
