The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 183/2020, registered with Police Station Mana, Tq. Murtizapur, Dist. Akola, for offence punishable under section 379 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the informant, his cow was stolen. 4.

The material in the case diary would suggest that even according to the witnesses, the cow was stolen by the co-accused. It is alleged that it was the applicant who purchased the cow.

However, the applicant is not charged under section 411 of Indian Penal Code. It is difficult to even record a prima facie finding that section 34 of Indian Penal Code is attracted.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 30.9.2020 is made absolute with the only modification that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station, as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
