By this application, the State is seeking permission to file the charge sheet as investigation is completed. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the Investigating Officer is permitted to file charge sheet. The application is allowed and disposed of.

On filing of the charge sheet, leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application within two weeks. 3.

The amended copy of the application be placed on record and shall supply to the other side.

The applicant shall also take appropriate steps to serve the non-applicant No.2.

It is noted that since 2023, the applicant has not taken any steps to serve the non-applicant No.2, due to which, the proceedings before the trial Court is pending. In view of
