We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks directions against respondent Nos.2 and 3 to recover money from respondent No.1 and pay to the petitioner. It is submitted that directions are already issued by the respondent No.2 to respondent No.6. 3.

It is for the petitioner to prosecute the same by approaching the appropriate Authority. In case the petitioner approaches the Authority, the Authority shall consider the grievance/application of the petitioner on its own merits, of course, after hearing all the concerned parties.
