C.A.W. NO. 1324/2019.
Prayer is to vacate the order of stay granted by this Court on 27.03.2019.
Perusal of the order dated 27.03.2019 indicates that said order was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the respondent no.1. The contentions sought to be raised in the present application have been referred to in that order. Hence, there is no reason to vacate the order of stay especially when the said order was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the respondent no.1.
The civil application stands rejected.
