The prayer made in this writ petition is for expeditious consideration of the petitioner's tribe claim. It is the case of the petitioner that her father as well as her brother have been issued validity certificate. The petitioner desires to pursue further education and hence is in need of validity certificate. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent informs that report of the Vigilance Cell has been received.

In that view of the matter, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the petitioner's tribe claim within a period of three months from the date of the petitioner's appearance before the Scrutiny Committee.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 13.07.2022.
