The only direction prayed for in the writ petition is expeditious consideration of the petitioner's tribe claim. According to the petitioner, the on-line proposal for verification of her tribe claim was submitted to the Scrutiny Committee on 05.04.2021 and that claim is still pending. The petitioner desires to pursue further studies and hence she is in need of such adjudication. 3.

It is informed that the Vigilance Enquiry has been conducted by the Scrutiny Committee.

In these facts, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the petitioner's tribe claim within a period of three months from the

916-WP-3607-22.odt 2 first date of appearance of the petitioner before the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner shall through her father appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 11th July, 2022 Rule stands disposed of. No costs.
