By way of this application, respondent nos.1 to 3/ claimants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.24,79,331/- deposited by the appellant.

I have perused the impugned judgment and award dated 22.09.2020, on due consideration I permit respondent nos.1 to 3/claimants to withdraw 50% of Rs.24,79,331/- with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
