Present application is filed by the applicants for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.104/2023 registered at police station Bela, Nagpur Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 304, 336, 337 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that now the charge-sheet is filed, and therefore, he is seeking permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court.

In view of the same, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court.
