Applicant Nos. 1A to 1F have filed this application for Speaking to Minutes to correct the typographical mistake that occurred in the last line of paragraph No.1 of the order dated 04.02.2025, wherein the Court has observed that the amount be disbursed to '1A and 1F'. They contended that it should be '1A to 1F'; therefore, he urged to correct the word 'to' instead of the word 'and' in the last line of the order, i.e. respondent Nos. '1A to 1F' instead of '1A and 1F'. He also urged to distribution of the amount in equal proportion amongst the applicants.

Having considered the above facts and having gone through the order dated 04.02.2025 and the record, I found substance in his contention in that regard. Accordingly, the application is allowed, as prayed.

Necessary corrections shall be carried out in the last line of the order dated 04.02.2025, as respondent No. "1A to 1F" instead of "1A and 1F" and add the words 'to distribute the said amount to the applicants in equal proportion'. Corrected copy to be uploaded. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
