Heard the learned counsel Shri S.A.Walde for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms T.H.Udeshi for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The petitioner prays that his name be included in the Final Voters' List of elections to be conducted at the respondent No.3 - Society. In the writ petition, it has been stated that on 26.5.2022 the petitioner cleared the dues that were standing against his name and, thereafter, he made a representation for inclusion of his name in the Final Voters' List of Election.

On perusing the programme for preparation of the Voters' List, it is seen that the Provisional Voters' List was published on 6.5.2022 and objections were to be raised by 15.5.2022. Since the petitioner was a defaulter till the stage of deciding objections to the provisional Voters' List and the petitioner cleared his dues on 26.5.2022, no direction can be issued for inclusion of his name in the Final Voters' List.
