It is the case of the petitioners that in a residential premises, a hotel is being run which is causing nuisance to the public at large. In that background, they have made a representation dated 06.09.2024 (at Page 26) to the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur.

Considering the fact, we direct the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 06.09.2024 within two weeks in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
