DATE :- 9th NOVEMBER, 2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed pursis dated 07.11.2023 alongwith copy of the representation dated 25.07.2023 seeking one way transfer from Panchayat Samiti, Patur to Panchayat Samiti, Warud, District Amravati. Similarly copy of a notice has been tendered in which it is stated that the respondent No.1 would consider the matter on 10.11.2023 alongwith the matters of similarly situated teachers.

In view of aforesaid, the leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the writ petition with a direction that the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2023 be considered by the respondent no.1 in the proceedings held tomorrow.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.07.2023 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the respondent no.1. 4.

Order accordingly. No costs.
