For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed by the respondents inasmuch as reply is not filed opposing the application, the delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives on record is condoned.

For the same reasons, as stated above, the petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.7, whose details are given in paragraph No.2 of Civil Application No. 1155 of 2015.

Both the civil applications are allowed accordingly.

The Writ Petition be listed on 9th September, 2015.
