This is an application moved by respondent no.4 - Returning Officer, seeking permission to remove EVMs and VVPATs machines from Tahasil Office Rajura, District Chandrapur for making them free for further election process.

3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection to return the machines since these are not required for adjudication of the dispute raised in the petition. Besides that, perusal of petition reveals that there is no necessity to reserve the machines for adjudication therefore, application stands allowed. Permission is granted as prayed. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
