The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 274/2020, registered with Police Station, Jaulka, Dist. Washim, for offence punishable under section 379 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is theft of soil from the irrigation tank. The alleged incident occurred on 18.5.2020 and the report is lodged on 8.7.2020.

The co-accused, who are similarly situated, are protected. The principle of parity comes into play. 5.
