Heard Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Doifode, learned A.P.P. for non applicant no.1-State. Perused the detailed reply.

Allegations made against the present applicant are very serious. Also, during the course of submissions, it was informed by learned A.P.P. that applicant is absconding. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the applicant has filed an application for pre-arrest bail, the Hon'ble Court was not with him. Therefore, said application was withdrawn from the said Court.

When this Court expressed its opinion that this Court is dismissing the present application, Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant submits that permission may be given to him withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that as the learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the present application, this Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why this application needs dismissal.
