By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time-frame.

Miss Tajwar Khan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Scrutiny Committee states on instructions, that the caste claim of the petitioner is verified and the caste validity certificate is issued in favour of the petitioner. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
