Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants/petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for the State. Respondent No.2 has no objection for allowing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of it's prayer clause (1). Necessary amendments be carried out on or before the next date.

The learned A.G.P. to seek instructions on the issue of lapsing of reservation Nos.10 & 11 over the subject land bearing Survey No.875.

No further time for filing of reply shall be granted.
