The petitioner's learned Counsel, upon instructions, seeks for withdrawal on the ground that the petitioner has already applied to the competent authority for grant of necessary licence. However, it is stated that the petitioner's club is closed from the month of April, 2022 in pursuance of the order of the Magistrate. Therefore, he requested to direct the authority to decide his application at the earliest. 02] In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of since withdrawn. The concerned authority is requested to expeditiously decide the petitioner's application for grant of necessary licence.
