By way of this application, the claimant/ respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the decretal amount of Rs.2,98,571/-.

It is stated that the appellant has deposited aforesaid amount with Registry of this Court vide Pursis Stamp No. 10226/2019 dated 31/07/2019.

Considering the reasons as mentioned in the application, specifically in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application and considering the amount involved, the applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount on furnishing usual undertaking. 5.
