DATED : 17-08-2022 The applicants are the legal heirs of deceased Mr. Govind Gir Ratan Gir Gosavi whose land is acquired and their names are on the revenue record.

The petitioner is claiming to be in possession of the land which is acquired and is disputing the ownership of the intervenors.

Viewed from any angle the intervenors are necessary parties to the petition.

The application is allowed. The intervenors shall be impleaded as the respondents 3 to 6.

Cause title of the petition shall be appropriately amended within the three working days.
