The petitioner who is a student seeks direction that the tribeclaim of the petitioner as belonging to 'Halbi' (Scheduled Tribe) be adjudicated upon expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student, the respondent is directed to decide the petitioner's tribe-claim within a period of four months from the date of the petitioner's appearance before the Scrutiny Committee. To facilitate such adjudication, the petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 01/07/2022.
