Shri N. C. Phadnis, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the receipt of notice of this Court of the writ petition, the respondent - Scrutiny Committee has decided the caste claim of the petitioner. The claim is invalidated and therefore, Writ Petition No.4245/2019 has been filed which is pending before this Court.
