2] Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i), which is reproduced below :

"(i) Allow the instant application, thereby grant permission to amend the First name of Respondent No.1 and the middle name of Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 as Manohar @ Manik, in the instant appeal and applications."

3] Necessary amendment/s be carried out within one week.

28CAF 1546.2021 4] Vide this application, the applicants/ respondent Nos.1 to 3/ original claimants also seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.6,06,488/- along with accrued interest thereon, which was deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court.

5] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicants/ respondent Nos.1 to 3/ original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the aforesaid amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

6] Civil Application stands disposed of.
