This is an application for condonation of delay of 92 days in filing the criminal appeal against conviction. 3.

The contention is that after pronouncement of judgment, the applicant has been taken in custody and since then he is in jail therefore, he could not contact his relatives. Thereafter, he contacted the legal aid and got counsel from legal aid panel.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 92 days in filing the application is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
