Heard.
The submission is that the applicant is entitled to bail on the principle of parity since co-accused Mahesh Barwat and Pravin Kale are released on bail by this Court. The submission that the case of the present applicant can not be distinguished from the two who are released on bail, is not controverted by the learned APP Shri N.B. Jawade.
The application is allowed.
The applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.
The applicant shall report Police Station, Frezarpura, Amravati on Saturday once in a month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of Amravati City till the conclusion of the trial except to attend the Court hearing.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence
