For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court within one week.

Upon depositing the amount of compensation in this Court within one week, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 23/10/2015 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.148/2010, till final disposal of the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
