Heard.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 67 of 2018 for offence punishable under section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The applicant was granted three Fair Price Shop licences, which for reasons not germane are cancelled. In so far as the First Information Report lodged by the District Supply Officer is concerned, the limited allegation appears to be that the applicant refused to produce the record. It is not in dispute that the record is seized.
Considering the material on record, I am inclined to allow the application.
In the event of arrest in Crime 67 of 2018 for offence under section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.
