Shri Bhuibhar, learned advocate for the appellant submits that Pursis dated 07.05.2024 the appellant has deposited amount of compensation of Rs.12,31,582/- by the cheque drawn from the Axis Bank. 5.

Considering this fact, the application deserve to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).
