Perused the letter. The charges are already framed and 10 witnesses are already been examined. The reasons mentioned by the District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha are not satisfactory. 3.

In view of that, learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha shall dispose of the trial within six months without seeking any further extension of time.
