DATE : 29-03-2023 The present is appeal is preferred by the appellant-United India Insurance Company against the judgment passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pusad. The earlier noting of this Court shows that the appellant has neither filed the paper book nor filed receipts regarding payment of costs to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. The absence on behalf of the appellant was noted on 18-11-2022, 03-03-2023 as well as on 15-03-2023. It is apparent that the appellant is not interested in proceeding with the appeal. Therefore, the matter was kept for dismissal today.
