19th March, 2018 Though the prayer to substitute the names of legal heirs of the sole petitioner is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, considering the fact that pursuant to order dated 11th January, 2018 the said legal heirs have been brought on record before the trial Court, the prayer made in the Civil Application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to be substituted in the place of the sole petitioner. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Civil Application is disposed.
