As per the judgment dated 17-02-2020 the Claims Tribunal has directed the present appellant along with original owner to pay compensation of Rs. 7,63,809/- along with the interest of 9%.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in the second week of December, 2020.

Civil Application (F) No.1334/2020 Stay is granted to the execution of the impugned award subject to deposit of the decretal amount within a period of three months.
