DATED : 13/08/2021 By these three applications, the legal heirs of deceased of respondent no.9 - Dularidevi who passed away on 24.02.2020, respondent no.11 - Ramesh Dayashankar Yadav who passed away on 02.11.2020 and respondent no.13 - Birbl Raghunath Yadav who passed away on 07.08.2020 are sought to be brought on record.

The applications have been filed on 02.08.2020. Reason given for the delay, is the Covid - 19 pandemic. Though copies of the applications have been served on Mr. Bhalerao, learned counsel for respondent no.4, on 02.08.2021, he has neither filed reply nor anybody appears today on his behalf.

Considering the reasons given, the delay is condoned. The civil applications for bringing legal heirs of the above deceased respondent nos. 9, 11 and 13 are allowed.

The petitioners to carry out the appropriate corrections in the petition by 20.08.2021. On such corrections being made, issue notice to the newly added respondents, the legal heirs of respondents, returnable in two weeks.

The petitioners to serve the added respondents by all modes of service permissible in law including e-mail and WhatsApp.

6.

Hamdast is granted, as prayed.

7.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
