The petitioner seeks to challenge undated notice issued by the respondent Police Authority in terms of Section 149 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner is running a motor vehicle garage. It is stated that the petitioner is parking vehicles on footpath/public road which causes nuisance. In view of that, the police have stepped in by way of notice to prevent the Rgd.

Order 0905wp431.24 nuisance and commission of related offence. We do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition, the same is therefore, dismissed.
