Perused the order of this Court dated 13/01/2020 in Criminal Bail Application No. 1176/2019. This Court while allowing to withdraw the bail application directed the trial Court to expedite the trial. It is submitted that till date trial has not been effectively commenced and all the co-accused are on bail with similarly situated role or greater role. Considering the fact that this Court had already disclosed its view not to allow the application in the aforesaid bail application, learned counsel on instructions, request to withdraw the application with liberty to move afresh before this Court, if there is no effective hearing in the trial within a period of three months.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
