After hearing the learned Senior Advocate for the applicant for some time and on expressing disinclination to grant regular bail, the learned Senior Advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He further seeks a liberty to move a fresh application in case there will be no progress in trial in near future.
