By this petition, the petitioners challenge the orders dated 11.04.2014 and 03.06.2014 directing the petitioners to absorb the surplus teachers in the school run by the petitioner no.1Society. Mrs. Bodade, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2, states on the basis of the communication dated 08.07.2015, issued by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to the petitioner no.2-School that the impugned orders have been withdrawn. It is stated that the petitioners would not be liable to absorb the teachers as per the directions in the impugned orders.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with no order as to costs.
